Master of creating unforgettable dining experiences. Pre-pandemic Guy operated the popular restaurant Mango Cuisine which was located in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The restaurant won consecutive certificate of excellence awards and was voted the best steak in town.

In 2022 Guy opened Baldwin's Restaurant located in Phnom Penh Cambodia. Despite recently opening, the restaurant is quickly becoming a hit and is a "must try" for anyone living in or traveling to Phnom Penh.
